Due to the weather forecast for severe weather on Friday 12 October and Saturday 13 October 2018, the Autumn Fair has been postponed due to concerns for the health and safety of all involved: stallholders, helpers, customers. The Autumn Fair will now take place on Saturday 20 October 2018, 12pm-3pm. The Art and Bake-off Competitions and the draw for the raffle will take place on Saturday 20 October 2018.
This is the major fundraiser for St Philip and St James’ Church (Booterstown and Carysfort Parish). It is held in St Philip and St James’ Parish Centre and the grounds of the church, as well as the church itself!
Midday – 3pm! Put it in your diary now!!! We are still fundraising towards a new heating system and the Autumn Fair will be a major fundraiser for that projector so all hands are required ‘on deck’!!! As part of the Autumn Fair, we are going to have a cookery competition, called The Great PJ’s Bake-Off. PJ’s as in St Philip and St James’ – nothing to do with pjamas! There will be categories for younger kids, older kids and teenagers! Contact the Parish Office for application forms to enter!
