Palm Sunday marks the start of Holy Week.  This morning our Sunday Club will be doing a short drama about Palm Sunday.

On the second Sunday of each month, we have a special service in the evening at 19.00 hours in St Philip and St James’ Church. This came about, because many of our young people play sport on a Sunday morning but still want to be part of the worshipping community. The service is very geared towards young people, and afterwards we have sausages and potato wedges in the parish centre. Officially, this service is called TJP – Time of Joint Praise – based on the inititals of the three saints in whose names our churches are dedicated: St Thomas, St James and St Philip. However, everyone knows it as The Sausage Service!!!
