Today is the fourth Sunday of the month, so, as is our pattern, we gather together as a group of parishes in a united service. This being an odd-numbered month! – the united service is in St Philip and St James’ Church.

But today is a special service as it is our United Harvest Thanksgiving Service which will also be our service to mark the Start-of-the-School Year.

The pupils and staff of the school will be involved in leading different parts of the Service.
We are asking the children of the school and the parishes to bring non-perishable food items to the service which we will pass onto The Dining Room which is based in Christ Church Dun Laoghaire parish hall, providing lunches for the homeless in Dun Laoghaire and to TRUST with whom we have an ongoing relationship, helping the homeless in Dublin.

Please note that there are no 10.00 or 11.30 services today.
