Each day in Holy Week, we will read in dramatised form the story of Jesus’ time in Jerusalem… his journey into Jerusualem, preparing for the Passover meal, sharing the Last Supper with his disciples, being betrayed, tried and crucified.

Today, our reading of Jesus’ passion, concludes with his crucifixion. 

Each Good Friday, we gather with our neighbours from St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church on Mount Merrion Avenue, and the Church of the Assumption on Booterstown Avenue, in the Church of the Assumption to pray together at the cross, to reflect upon the crucifixion of Christ, and to begin to look forward in anticipation to celebrating his resurrection.

Please note that this service is at an earlier time than the other evening services in Holy Week, and also please note that we are in the Church of the Assumption on Booterstown Avenue.
