Poster Booterstown 09.06.2024 PDF To celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Consecration of St Philip and St James’ Church, Booterstown, Blackrock, The Blessington Millennium Choir presents Messe Solennelle de Sainte Cécile by Charles Gounod Also, some well-loved classical choral and solo pieces by well-known composers such as Gabriel Fauré and Karl Jenkins in St Philip and St James’ Church, Booterstown, Blackrock, on Sunday 9th June 2024 at 7.00pm
Admission free – voluntary donations at the door will go towards the work carried out to improved accessibility for wheelchair-users in St Philip and St James’ Church Blessington Millennium Choir has been a wonderful friend to St Philip and St James’ Church over the years and has performed concerts several times in St Philip and St James’ Church over the years, in aid of the replacement of the church roof, a new heating system and works to make the church more accessible, and the Choir is, again, performing in the church tomorrow night at 7pm, as part of the 200th anniversary celebrations. It will be a wonderful evening and I hope that you will come along and enjoy it. |
